SHIPPING POLICY

Information about shipping

Our products are manufactured in USA or Europe and can be delivered to most countries in the world. The price of the delivery will depend on the shipping address. If the shipping address is outside USA and Europe, customs fee might apply depending on the country regulation. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

As products are created on demand, it will takes 2 to 7 business days to fulfill an order. After the order is fulfill, it will takes 3 to 6 business days to be delivered. So in total, you might need to wait between 5 to 13 business days to receive your order. Please be patient!

If you have not receivde your package after 3 weeks, you should definitely get in touch with us.

Product categories

For delivery we consider 3 product categories:

  1. « Standard delivery fee » will be applied to: clothes, smartphone cases, and tote bags.
  2. « Sticker delivery fee » will be applied for stickers.
  3. « Poster delivery fee » will be applied for posters.

Posters and stickers are shipped separately due to packaging differences, this is why we charge a different delivery fee for each product category in your cart.

If you are not sure how much will be the total delivery fee, just put the products you want in your cart and go to the cart page. The delivery cost will be displayed.

Price for delivery in USA and Europe

Unfortunately EFTA states (Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland) are not covered for now.

Delivery to Other countries

The following countries are available: China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Russia, Turkey, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Brazil. Customs fee might apply.

Return policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after our product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address – If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (which is the case for our items which are manufactured on demand), therefore our manufacturing partner reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
