Hello, I’m Azumi Nakamura, a Japanese freelance designer. I worked 10 years as a graphic designer in a few companies in Japan: I designed fashion catalogs, chocolate catalogs & wrapping paper, business cards, stationary for weddings, etc. I recently moved to France and decided to open WakuWaku, an e-commerce website.
WakuWaku is a Japanese onomatopoeia describing the sound of excitement and happiness. This is why I chose this word to name my brand: I want to share WakuWaku feeling with people all around the world!
